Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via email, phone, and web-based feedback
- Create, update, and close customer tickets in the ticketing portal according to compliance requirements
- Learn client workflows and troubleshoot problems while ensuring end-user satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service-oriented position
- Ability to work designated or flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment
- Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM with high accuracy
- Understanding of technical information and experience with MS Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively as part of a team
