Job Summary

Managing multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Service Desk Coordinator will serve as the key point of contact between clients and technicians, ensuring timely completion of service tickets while working onsite in Chanhassen, MN, with one remote day per week after training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, create, and manage service tickets
  • Assign technicians and coordinate resources for service requests
  • Communicate with clients and provide updates on ticket progress
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of admin, coordination, or related experience
  • Recent graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Billing/AP experience is a plus
