Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceDesk Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle requests from the support team and colleagues, performing basic problem analysis
  • Identify and report bugs, and prepare and update documentation for L1 and L2 teams
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal tools and processes, including automation and BackOffice enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with Jira
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Grafana, Kibana)
  • Knowledge of administrative automation tools
  • Understanding of software development principles
  • Experience writing simple SQL queries
