Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceDesk Engineer I.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle requests from the support team and colleagues, performing basic problem analysis
- Identify and report bugs, and prepare and update documentation for L1 and L2 teams
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal tools and processes, including automation and BackOffice enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Jira
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Grafana, Kibana)
- Knowledge of administrative automation tools
- Understanding of software development principles
- Experience writing simple SQL queries
