Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 technical issues related to hardware and software applications
- Log technical issues in the ticketing system and ensure accurate documentation of client environments
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Citrix and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with computers, printers, and cloud services
- Experience with Active Directory and M365 administration
- Familiarity with Windows OS and remote access technologies
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or Citrix Certified Associate are highly desirable
