Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat to clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 technical issues related to hardware and software applications
  • Log technical issues in the ticketing system and ensure accurate documentation of client environments
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Citrix and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with computers, printers, and cloud services
  • Experience with Active Directory and M365 administration
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and remote access technologies
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or Citrix Certified Associate are highly desirable
