Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to provide tier I and tier II technical support remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve tier I and tier II technical hardware and software issues
  • Assist users with access issues to computing devices and applications
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and manage client environment documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Citrix, O365, and Microsoft Windows environments
  • Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
  • Familiarity with printer administration and basic email filtering
  • Experience with VPN client configuration and PC hardware troubleshooting
  • Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
