Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to provide tier I and tier II technical support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve tier I and tier II technical hardware and software issues
- Assist users with access issues to computing devices and applications
- Maintain high levels of customer service and manage client environment documentation
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Citrix, O365, and Microsoft Windows environments
- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Familiarity with printer administration and basic email filtering
- Experience with VPN client configuration and PC hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
