Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceDesk Engineer L1.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle requests from the support team and colleagues, performing basic problem analysis
- Identify and report bugs while standardizing solutions and updating documentation for L1 and L2 teams
- Analyze technical issues, create development tasks for fixing them, and contribute to the improvement of internal tools and processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Jira
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Grafana, Kibana)
- Knowledge of administrative automation tools
- Understanding of software development principles and experience writing simple SQL queries
- English proficiency at a level sufficient for written communication and reading technical documentation (B2)
