Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceDesk Engineer L1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle requests from the support team and colleagues, performing basic problem analysis
  • Identify and report bugs while standardizing solutions and updating documentation for L1 and L2 teams
  • Analyze technical issues, create development tasks for fixing them, and contribute to the improvement of internal tools and processes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with Jira
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Grafana, Kibana)
  • Knowledge of administrative automation tools
  • Understanding of software development principles and experience writing simple SQL queries
  • English proficiency at a level sufficient for written communication and reading technical documentation (B2)
