Job Summary

Supporting a hybrid work environment, the full-time Service Desk Engineer III will deliver high-quality technical support for endpoint, identity, and application issues, while managing the employee technology lifecycle in a modern cloud-first setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Tier 1/Tier 2 support contact for hardware, software, and network access issues for onsite and remote employees
  • Administer endpoint management through ManageEngine EndPoint Central and Microsoft Intune, ensuring device compliance and software deployment
  • Manage Entra ID user lifecycle, enforcing security policies and conducting access reviews in accordance with SOC 2 compliance standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 3-5 years of IT support or system administration experience in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and hands-on experience with Entra ID
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance policies
  • Proficiency with PowerShell for administration tasks related to M365 and Entra ID
