Job Summary
To provide exceptional technical support for a global client base, the full-time remote Service Desk Engineer will deliver first and second-level assistance across endpoint, cloud, security, and collaboration technologies while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize AI-enabled support tools to enhance incident resolution and service quality
- Support Microsoft 365 and related cloud services, ensuring compliance and device management
- Respond to security incidents and maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles
Required qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including MFA and endpoint protection
