Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Support Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, maintain, and support desktop IT hardware
  • Answer user calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues
  • Record information in ITSM system, identify troubleshooting patterns, and escalate complex problems

Required Qualifications:
  • College degree or 3+ years of IT system support experience
  • Understanding of ITIL is a plus
  • Proficiency in MAC/IOS, PCs, Windows OS, and Microsoft technologies
  • Experience with AzureAD, Exchange, and on-premise/SaaS products
  • History of successful performance in a similar role
