Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Lead Technician to oversee IT service delivery and support for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT service delivery efforts and assist in scheduling technicians
- Monitor service performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and troubleshoot end-user issues
- Provide desktop and laptop support, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of IT-related experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in a lead or mentoring role
- Understanding of desktop support, Active Directory, and user authentication
- Experience with tools like PING, NSLOOKUP, and NETSTAT
- Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field desired
