Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Manager to lead and manage day-to-day operations of the IT service desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide strategic oversight to service desk technicians
  • Manage service desk resources to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Oversee staffing initiatives including hiring, onboarding, and training
Required Qualifications
  • Five to ten years of IT-related experience desired
  • Minimum of three years' experience as a Service Desk Manager or similar role
  • Experience managing client relationships at the executive level
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field desired
  • Experience with ServiceNow is highly desired
