Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Manager to lead and manage day-to-day operations of the IT service desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide strategic oversight to service desk technicians
- Manage service desk resources to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Oversee staffing initiatives including hiring, onboarding, and training
Required Qualifications
- Five to ten years of IT-related experience desired
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Service Desk Manager or similar role
- Experience managing client relationships at the executive level
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field desired
- Experience with ServiceNow is highly desired
