Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Manager to support multi-cloud environments for the U.S. Air Force.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the service desk according to industry standards and lead a team of help desk professionals
- Prioritize and resolve IT concerns while implementing self-service capabilities for customers
- Document processes, monitor service health, and communicate outage information to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with five years of experience or a Master's degree with three years of experience; additional experience may substitute for education
- At least two years of experience supervising teams or projects
- Active Secret clearance required
- U.S. citizenship required
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)
