Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Manager to support multi-cloud environments for the U.S. Air Force.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the service desk according to industry standards and lead a team of help desk professionals
  • Prioritize and resolve IT concerns while implementing self-service capabilities for customers
  • Document processes, monitor service health, and communicate outage information to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with five years of experience or a Master's degree with three years of experience; additional experience may substitute for education
  • At least two years of experience supervising teams or projects
  • Active Secret clearance required
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)
