Job Summary
Leading the implementation of Epic systems, the full-time Service Desk Project Manager will design and optimize remote service desks while managing healthcare IT projects and ensuring smooth transitions during large-scale implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage Epic Service Desk implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
- Design, build, and optimize remote service desks to support end-users during GoLive and post-GoLive phases
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful activations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent project management experience
- 5 - 7 years of Epic implementation experience, having led over 10+ Epic GoLive activations
- Proven experience in designing, building, and managing remote service desks with a strong understanding of Epic modules and healthcare IT systems
- Experience with Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
