Job Summary

Leading the implementation of Epic systems, the full-time Service Desk Project Manager will design and optimize remote service desks while managing healthcare IT projects and ensuring smooth transitions during large-scale implementations.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Epic Service Desk implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
  • Design, build, and optimize remote service desks to support end-users during GoLive and post-GoLive phases
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful activations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent project management experience
  • 5 - 7 years of Epic implementation experience, having led over 10+ Epic GoLive activations
  • Proven experience in designing, building, and managing remote service desks with a strong understanding of Epic modules and healthcare IT systems
  • Experience with Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
