Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Rep Specialist or Senior.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with tier 1 and tier 2 support to resolve advanced technical needs and enhance resolution capabilities
- Provides advanced technical knowledge and support for remote connectivity and security technologies
- Partners with various teams to develop remote connectivity technologies and create enterprise support procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience (Preferred)
- Ability to work under minimal direction
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and applications
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal requirements
