Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Representative to provide technical support and customer service for IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding support via phone, email, and chat to internal and external users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier One technical issues, including password resets and mobile device support
  • Log all incidents and requests accurately in the Service Management System and ensure a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of over-the-phone technical support experience in a fast-paced Service/Help Desk environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting skills with hardware and software applications
  • Ability to use online knowledge systems for reference procedures
  • Experience with basic network tools (ping, nslookup, traceroute, etc.)
