Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist (Internal IT Support).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient remote technical support to employees
  • Maintain internal service health by monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving failures
  • Manage cloud server lifecycle, including procurement and optimization
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience as a Service Desk Specialist / L3 level of internal IT Support
  • Advanced level of English (C1), both spoken and written
  • Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows or macOS
  • Experience in supporting cloud solutions and managing user accounts
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management tools
