Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist (UA Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for employees
- Set up workstations and advise new employees on hardware usage
- Manage system permissions, user accounts, and IT infrastructure maintenance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in system administration
- Experience in cloud solutions support and remote access systems
- Knowledge of user account and access management in cloud services
- Basic understanding of networking technologies (DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP)
- Basic Linux skills (preferred)
