Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for employees
- Configure and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software applications
- Manage system permissions, user accounts, and software licenses
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in system administration
- Experience in cloud solutions support
- Basic understanding of networking technologies (DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP)
- Experience with remote access systems and ticketing systems
- Basic Linux skills (preferred)
