Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist (UA Speaking).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for employees
  • Configure and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software applications
  • Manage system permissions, user accounts, and software licenses
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in system administration
  • Experience in cloud solutions support
  • Basic understanding of networking technologies (DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP)
  • Experience with remote access systems and ticketing systems
  • Basic Linux skills (preferred)
