Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist to provide front-line technical support to colleagues and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1 technical support for onsite and remote colleagues across devices, applications, and network services
- Provide concierge-level desk-side and virtual support for executive leadership, including video conferencing assistance
- Troubleshoot, document, and resolve incidents while guiding non-technical users through solutions
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
- Less than 2 years of technical service desk or related experience
- Preferred: 2+ years of technical service desk or related experience
- Preferred: Certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL, or HDI
