Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist III to provide technical support and customer service for desktop and software issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues for employees
  • Maintain equipment inventory and manage ticketing procedures for issue resolution
  • Provide routine software and hardware troubleshooting support and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 5 to 8 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience with software application use and installation
