Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist III to provide technical support and customer service for desktop and software issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues for employees
- Maintain equipment inventory and manage ticketing procedures for issue resolution
- Provide routine software and hardware troubleshooting support and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 5 to 8 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with software application use and installation
