Job Summary

A company in the information technology industry is looking for a Service Desk Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support and problem resolution for technology products or applications
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with organization's computer systems or PCs
  • Utilize new utilities and tools to provide remote technical support services on desk-side equipment, for customers
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 2 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
  • Support Center Analyst certification and ITIL Foundation Certification must be successfully completed within the first 12 months of service in the job
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems required
  • 2 years experience within a technical service call center environment is required
