Job Summary
A company in the information technology industry is looking for a Service Desk Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support and problem resolution for technology products or applications
- Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with organization's computer systems or PCs
- Utilize new utilities and tools to provide remote technical support services on desk-side equipment, for customers
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- Support Center Analyst certification and ITIL Foundation Certification must be successfully completed within the first 12 months of service in the job
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems required
- 2 years experience within a technical service call center environment is required
