Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application and network monitoring and escalation for Service Desk Requests
- Coordinate Tier 1, 2, and 3 support, to ensure timely customer support
- Provide help desk and issue resolution (Incidents and Work Orders) services
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) months' experience in ticket managing systems, IT monitoring tools
- Proven experience developing and analyzing program administrative operating plans and procedures
- Prior experience using Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs)
- Prior Legacy AMPS or DLA experience
- Ability to provide occasional support for after-hours activities
