Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Supervisor to oversee the IT Service Desk and provide technology support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor Help Desk staff, including conducting performance evaluations and managing schedules
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators while handling technical escalations and overseeing training
  • Manage firm-wide communications regarding technology service downtime and participate in new application testing
Required Qualifications
  • Four-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of Help Desk experience in an enterprise environment
  • 6+ years of Microsoft product support experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience managing a team of five or more
  • Willingness to respond during emergencies and work overtime as needed
