Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Support professional to assist with technical initiatives and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and execution of technical initiatives and solutions
  • Execute daily work within existing procedures and guidelines to achieve operational targets
  • Communicate with project area contacts to provide and obtain information requiring explanation or interpretation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a service/support/help desk engineer
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and basic networking principles
  • History of providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients
  • Must be a US Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
