Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Support professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the implementation and execution of technical initiatives and solutions
  • Communicate with project area contacts to obtain or provide information requiring explanation or interpretation
  • Execute daily work within existing procedures and guidelines to achieve operational targets
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a service/support/help desk engineer
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and basic networking principles
  • History of providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Experience working collaboratively to improve existing processes for increased team efficiencies
