Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation and execution of technical initiatives and solutions
- Communicate with project area contacts to obtain or provide information requiring explanation or interpretation
- Execute daily work within existing procedures and guidelines to achieve operational targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a service/support/help desk engineer
- Solid understanding of web technologies and basic networking principles
- History of providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients and internal teams
- Experience working collaboratively to improve existing processes for increased team efficiencies
