Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Front Line Support Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to a global workforce through various communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while documenting activities in helpdesk systems
  • Monitor call queues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience providing remote customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
  • Experience supporting smartphones, including iPhone and Android models
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
