Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Front Line Support Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to a global workforce through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while documenting activities in helpdesk systems
- Monitor call queues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience providing remote customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
- Experience supporting smartphones, including iPhone and Android models
- Strong planning and organizational skills
