Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst II to improve health outcomes through technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Subject Matter Experts to resolve complex issues and reduce ticket counts
  • Utilize Incident and Knowledge data to identify common issues and develop solutions
  • Follow standard technology support procedures and answer customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience required
  • Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience with Active Directory is desired
