A company is looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst II to improve health outcomes through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Subject Matter Experts to resolve complex issues and reduce ticket counts
- Utilize Incident and Knowledge data to identify common issues and develop solutions
- Follow standard technology support procedures and answer customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 - 2 years of related experience required
- Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with Active Directory is desired
