Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst III.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues in a Windows 11 environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and manage user accounts in Active Directory
- Utilize remote support tools and collaborate with Managed Print Services to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in IT support
- Proficiency in network printer installation and support
- Experience with troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting, including VPN access
- Ability to document incidents and resolutions within ticketing systems
