Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues in a Windows 11 environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and manage user accounts in Active Directory
  • Utilize remote support tools and collaborate with Managed Print Services to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT support
  • Proficiency in network printer installation and support
  • Experience with troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and peripherals
  • Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting, including VPN access
  • Ability to document incidents and resolutions within ticketing systems
