Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Support II to provide technical support to end users for various computer and hardware issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st level Service Desk/Helpdesk support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Collaborate with peers to meet service level agreements and escalate issues as necessary
  • Create and update desk level procedures and maintain documentation knowledge bases
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in computer hardware and software support
  • Experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment preferred
