Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Support II to provide technical support to end users for various computer and hardware issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level Service Desk/Helpdesk support via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with peers to meet service level agreements and escalate issues as necessary
- Create and update desk level procedures and maintain documentation knowledge bases
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in computer hardware and software support
- Experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment preferred
