Job Summary
A company is looking for a MSP Service Desk & Support Specialist to provide technical support to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to help desk tickets and ensure resolution within defined SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, user accounts, and basic networking
- Document all work performed in the ticketing system and assist with onboarding new users
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in an MSP IT help desk or similar technical support role
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP troubleshooting
- Experience using RMM and ticketing/PSA tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
