Job Summary

A company is looking for a MSP Service Desk & Support Specialist to provide technical support to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to help desk tickets and ensure resolution within defined SLAs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, user accounts, and basic networking
  • Document all work performed in the ticketing system and assist with onboarding new users
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in an MSP IT help desk or similar technical support role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  • Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP troubleshooting
  • Experience using RMM and ticketing/PSA tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
