Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technical Support Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming queries and assist end users via email or phone
- Provide production support for core applications and manage incident logging and escalation
- Coordinate maintenance windows for updates and perform basic user account maintenance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business application support experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting POS systems and operational system functions
- 5+ years of experience supporting users in an enterprise environment
- Experience with logging incidents and maintaining relevant records
- Ability to perform tier one support on office equipment and productivity tools
