Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technical Support Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming queries and assist end users via email or phone
  • Provide production support for core applications and manage incident logging and escalation
  • Coordinate maintenance windows for updates and perform basic user account maintenance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of business application support experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting POS systems and operational system functions
  • 5+ years of experience supporting users in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with logging incidents and maintaining relevant records
  • Ability to perform tier one support on office equipment and productivity tools
