Job Summary

Providing tier-one technical support, the remote Service Desk Support Specialist will assist internal and external users with various business systems, hardware, and access-related needs while managing incidents and service requests.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support and customer service across multiple channels
  • Document and track incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution
  • Troubleshoot issues related to applications, operating systems, hardware, and network connectivity
Required qualifications:
  • 2 years of End-User Technical Support and/or call center experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a 24x7x365 environment with flexible shifts
