Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Support Specialist II (East Coast) to provide outstanding phone and email support to clients, resolve complex user inquiries, and improve system security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer help lines and emails, providing technical assistance to website users and troubleshooting issues
  • Manage user access to sensitive data and enforce data security policies
  • Assist in reviewing and improving internal support documentation, and communicate user needs and feedback to the team

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technological field or relevant experience
  • 1-3 years of Service Desk or Customer Support experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and troubleshooting access permissions in a Windows environment
  • Experienced in documenting issue details in a ticketing system and adapting to dynamic work processes
  • Familiarity with general information security practices and technical writing/documentation process
