Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Support Technician to provide front-line technical support and maintenance for end-user systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support for workstations, peripherals, applications, and network services across various operating systems
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in a case management system
- Deploy, manage, and decommission workstations using JAMF and Intune
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk environment
- 2+ years of experience supporting PC and Mac hardware, Windows OS, macOS, and Microsoft 365 applications
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Group Policy, LDAP, and Okta
- Ability to lift personal computers and related equipment (up to 60 lbs)
- Working knowledge of Intune, SCCM, or JAMF
