Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 - Service Desk Team Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of Tier 2 Service Desk Engineers, including training and workload management
  • Provide end-user technical support and escalate issues as necessary
  • Maintain strong customer service skills while responding to client issues and advising on recurring technical problems
Required Qualifications
  • Three to five years of Service Desk experience required
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with network infrastructure such as servers, firewalls, and switches required
  • Advanced Azure/M365 experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a plus
