Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2 - Service Desk Team Lead (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities of Tier 2 Service Desk Engineers and ensure effective team coordination
- Provide end-user technical support and manage escalated customer issues
- Monitor team performance metrics and conduct regular check-ins and evaluations
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of Service Desk experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with network infrastructure such as servers, firewalls, and switches
- Advanced Azure/M365 experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
