Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 - Service Desk Team Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of Tier 2 Service Desk Engineers and ensure effective team coordination
  • Provide end-user technical support and manage escalated customer issues
  • Monitor team performance metrics and conduct regular check-ins and evaluations
Required Qualifications
  • Three to five years of Service Desk experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with network infrastructure such as servers, firewalls, and switches
  • Advanced Azure/M365 experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
