Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide technical support and customer service remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide desktop and laptop support
  • Manage client support tickets using ServiceNow and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Two to four years of IT-related experience
  • Understanding of desktop support, Active Directory, and user authentication
  • Experience with tools like PING, NSLOOKUP, and NETSTAT
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field desired
  • Experience with ServiceNow is highly desired
