Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide technical support and customer service remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide desktop and laptop support
- Manage client support tickets using ServiceNow and ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in an on-call rotation and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of IT-related experience
- Understanding of desktop support, Active Directory, and user authentication
- Experience with tools like PING, NSLOOKUP, and NETSTAT
- Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field desired
- Experience with ServiceNow is highly desired
