Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming client troubleshooting tickets and make outbound calls for ticket requests
  • Provide technical support and account administration for clients using Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Document case notes and updates in the ticketing system while maintaining a client-centric focus
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of professional work experience in the IT industry
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting VPN, internet connectivity, remote desktop, and Microsoft Office software
  • Familiarity with administration of Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Windows file shares (SMB/CIFS)
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
