Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots end user desktop application issues, providing appropriate solutions
  • Ensures timely resolution of problems or escalations on behalf of customers and maintains satisfaction
  • Develops and documents standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines for remote IT support
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree preferred, or technical training
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and network security concepts and tools
  • Experience with multi-platform Windows operating systems required
  • Experience using ITSM Ticketing tools preferred
