Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots end user desktop application issues, providing appropriate solutions
- Ensures timely resolution of problems or escalations on behalf of customers and maintains satisfaction
- Develops and documents standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines for remote IT support
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred, or technical training
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and network security concepts and tools
- Experience with multi-platform Windows operating systems required
- Experience using ITSM Ticketing tools preferred
