Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician II to join their Service Desk team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat to corporate clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products
  • Handle 50-60 support issues daily while maintaining punctual attendance
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a call center or service desk environment
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Office 365
  • Completed High School Diploma/GED; Associate Degree in a Technical Field preferred
  • Experience with ticketing systems and effective troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
