Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Night Shift) to provide operational support services to end users in the Department of Homeland Security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote computer support and resolve IT incidents and requests
  • Create and maintain support tickets, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of service-related issues
  • Respond to user inquiries and escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Must possess or be able to complete Department of Homeland Security Public Trust Investigation (Tier 1)
  • Experience in providing customer service in an IT support environment
