Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician I to provide technical support for various clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots end user desktop application issues, providing appropriate solutions
  • Ensures timely resolution of problems or escalates issues while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Supports and maintains effective relationships with users and documents standard operating procedures for remote IT support
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree preferred, or technical training
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and security concepts required
  • Experience with multi-platform Windows O/S required
  • Experience using ITSM Ticketing tools preferred
