Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician I to provide technical support for various clients and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots end user desktop application issues, providing appropriate solutions
- Ensures timely resolution of problems or escalates issues while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Supports and maintains effective relationships with users and documents standard operating procedures for remote IT support
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred, or technical training
- 1-2 years related experience
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and security concepts required
- Experience with multi-platform Windows O/S required
- Experience using ITSM Ticketing tools preferred
