Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician II to join their Service Desk team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat to corporate clients
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Products
- Handle 50-60 support issues per day efficiently while maintaining client service expectations
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a call center or service desk environment
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Office 365 support
- Completed High School Diploma/GED; Associate Degree in a Technical Field preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems and cloud support
- Strong technical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
