Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician II to join their Service Desk team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat to corporate clients
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Products
  • Handle 50-60 support issues per day efficiently while maintaining client service expectations
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a call center or service desk environment
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Office 365 support
  • Completed High School Diploma/GED; Associate Degree in a Technical Field preferred
  • Experience with ticketing systems and cloud support
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
