Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor ticketing system service boards, inbound email, and receive inbound phone calls
- Create and manage workflow incidents within approved ticket and monitoring solutions
- Assist with new hire training and serve as an escalation point for Associate Service Desk Technicians
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with various IT systems and applications
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network +; MS-900 preferred
- Knowledge of DNS and its application to network devices
- Ability to adapt to rapid change and effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
