Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor ticketing system service boards, inbound email, and receive inbound phone calls
  • Create and manage workflow incidents within approved ticket and monitoring solutions
  • Assist with new hire training and serve as an escalation point for Associate Service Desk Technicians
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with various IT systems and applications
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network +; MS-900 preferred
  • Knowledge of DNS and its application to network devices
  • Ability to adapt to rapid change and effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
