Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Tech 1 to provide customer support and assist with IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal employees
  • Process support request tickets and meet target SLA's within the service desk
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and support teams to design solutions for technical issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant associate degree or 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Basic understanding of Windows Operating systems and Microsoft O365 applications
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills and understanding of TCP/IP addressing
  • Ability to pass Level 2 Background Screening
  • Must have a passion for customer service and problem-solving
