Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide remote technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities
- Support users by installing, testing, and troubleshooting laptops, peripherals, software, and applications
- Coordinate with external vendors for device deployment and recovery
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve major incidents and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in a technical support role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical hardware troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow documented processes and procedures
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
