Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support users by installing, testing, and troubleshooting laptops, peripherals, software, and applications
  • Coordinate with external vendors for device deployment and recovery
  • Collaborate with teammates to resolve major incidents and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year in a technical support role
