Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Day Shift / Weekends).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries and diagnose software and hardware issues for users
- Provide first-level support and escalate unresolved queries to higher support levels
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and contribute to service improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Windows systems and Microsoft 365
- Experience in building and installing PCs and related desktop infrastructure
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems with computer systems and networks
- Willingness to collaborate with IT teams for complex issue resolution and process improvement
