Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Tier 1) to provide technical support to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat for various PC hardware and software applications
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products
  • Handle 50-60 support issues per day efficiently and utilize Active Directory for user management
Required Qualifications
  • Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
  • 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365 support
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
