Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide IT support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of IT support for customers
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and web submissions efficiently
  • Resolve end-user incidents and requests while providing high-quality customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Strong technical aptitude with Level 1 experience in supporting Windows OS, O365, and other IT tools
  • One year of experience in a technical support or customer service role preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations in service positions
  • Ability to explain technical issues in an understandable manner to clients
  • Willingness to work on-call and during weekends/holidays as needed
