Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve incoming tickets via various channels
  • Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
  • Troubleshoot workstation, connectivity, and system issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • A+ certification or equivalent hands-on experience
