Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician I.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve incoming tickets via various channels
- Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
- Troubleshoot workstation, connectivity, and system issues
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- A+ certification or equivalent hands-on experience
